TouMUN 2025 is the second edition of the Model United Nations hosted by the University of Tours. This prestigious MUN conference provides university students with an excellent opportunity to engage in diplomatic simulations, enhance their public speaking skills, and collaborate on global issues. Scheduled to take place from April 16 to April 18, 2025, the event will bring together aspiring diplomats, policymakers, and international relations enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds.
TouMUN 2025 is the perfect platform for university students passionate about diplomacy, international relations, and global problem-solving. Committees & Official Languages
TouMUN 2025 will feature three distinct committees:
- UNICEF – Addressing global challenges concerning children’s rights and welfare.
- UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime) – Tackling international crime, drug policies, and justice systems.
- HUNSC (Historical United Nations Security Council) – An expert-level committee focusing on historical crises and diplomatic negotiations.
Official languages for the conference will be English and French, ensuring a multilingual and inclusive experience.
Eligibility Criteria
The conference is open to:
- University students interested in international relations, diplomacy, and global policymaking.
- Head delegates leading delegations from institutions worldwide.
- Faculty advisors guiding student participants.
- Observers who wish to gain insight into MUN procedures without actively participating in debates.
There are no difficulty levels assigned to committees, making it accessible for both beginners and experienced MUN participants. However, the HUNSC committee is reserved for expert-level participants due to its complex nature.

Participation Fees
- Delegates regular fees: €30
- Delegates late fees (from 10th to 17th March): €35
- Social pack: €20
- Lunch is not included.
